• Among other things, we design and manufacture injection molds for re-spraying metals and printed circuits for well-known customers. The tools are designed up to 8-fold with two tool halves for turntable injection molding machines. The fixation of the individual strip conductors takes place by means of hydraulically drawn low and spacer pins in all mold halves. Finished parts tolerances to the hundredth of a millimeter are realized in the one-shot process.
• We produce thermoset tools for the overmouldingof electronic components. After a few prototype tools in the beginning, we now manufacture series tools with multiple cavities which are able to compensate for tolerances of PCBs and other attachments from external production. The materials used are BMC and pourable EP.
